The Volcker Alliance (New York, NY)
The Volcker Alliance is a nonprofit founded in 2013 by former Federal Reserve Board chairman Paul A. Volcker, dedicated to advancing his vision of an empowered public sector workforce. Our work supports current and aspiring public servants by strengthening public service education, championing public service values, and providing strategies to help them deliver better results. We build partnerships with government and universities, promote innovation in public service education, drive research on effective government, and inspire others with the story of Mr. Volcker’s commitment to public service. The Volcker Alliance partners with CLEAR to support INSIGHT+ amongst other projects, including collaborating organize workshops, seminars, and training sessions that empower public service professionals with the latest insights and skills, particularly pertaining to analyses generated using the Dashboard or the capacity and potential of same.
The Haynes Foundation (Los Angeles, CA)
Established in 1926 by a prominent, reform-minded physician and his suffragist wife, the John Randolph Haynes and Dora Haynes Foundation is a leading supporter of social science research for Los Angeles. It is also the oldest private foundation in the city. Over the years, the Foundation has funded hundreds of important urban studies in the areas of education, transportation, local government, elections, public safety, demographics, public personal services and natural resources. In doing so, the Foundation has remained true to its founder’s philosophy of promoting “the social betterment of mankind.” The CLEAR Initiative and its Director, William Resh, have been generously supported by the Haynes Foundation since 2018.
IBM Center for The Business of Government (Washington, DC)
The IBM Center for The Business of Government connects research to practice, applying scholarship to real world issues and decisions for government. The Center stimulates research and facilitates discussion of new approaches to improving the effectiveness of government at the federal, state, local, and international levels. The IBM Center has graciously partnered with CLEAR and its Director, William Resh, to support our project forecasting the impacts of AI on public sector labor markets.
Arizona State University's Center for Organizational Design (CORD) (Phoenix, AZ)
Founded in 2013, CORD’s mission has been to promote, support and conduct high impact, use-inspired organization design research. CORD has traditionally been focused on the context of knowledge and science-intensive social enterprises, and on transcending the boundaries between sectors, policies, institutions, organizations and individuals. CORD is partnering with CLEAR on INSIGHT+ and CLEAR Director, William Resh, serves on the Advisory Board of CORD.
